Multi-Channel Fulfillment · 2026
Estimate Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment costs for Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other off-Amazon orders. Planning model, not a live quote.
US/Canada MCF surcharge: 3.5% fuel and logistics-related surcharge from May 2, 2026. This is separate from FBA's April 17, 2026 surcharge timing. For other marketplaces, fuel and logistics surcharge timing may differ — verify the current MCF rate card for your region.
This is a planning estimate, not a live Amazon MCF quote. Verify current MCF rate cards and SKU-level costs before making fulfillment decisions. MCF fees vary by size tier, shipping speed, and accessorial flags; this calculator uses a planning-grade approximation. The 3.5% fuel and logistics-related surcharge is applied to US and Canada MCF (from May 2, 2026) and disabled for other marketplaces — always confirm the live rate in Seller Central and the MCF pricing page before pricing off-Amazon orders.
After modeling MCF cost per order, compare against:
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) lets sellers use FBA inventory to fulfill orders from off-Amazon channels — Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, and others. Amazon picks, packs, and ships from the same FBA warehouses used for Amazon.com orders, charging a separate MCF rate card. Inventory is shared; billing is not.
This calculator models MCF cost as the sum of:
All amounts are per order. Divide by units per order for per-unit fulfillment cost.
MCF tends to win when you need Amazon-grade delivery speed and already have FBA inventory, and you are willing to pay a premium for the convenience. MCF tends to lose when order volume is high, products are heavy, or destinations cluster in remote areas.
MCF is usually the wrong choice when order volume is high (3PL amortizes better), units are heavy (MCF heavy-tier fees are steep), or most orders ship to remote areas.
Off-Amazon orders do not see Amazon.com referral fees, but they still pay MCF fulfillment, surcharges, and any platform-side fee (Shopify Payments, Walmart Marketplace, etc.). The combined cost can easily exceed Amazon's blended fee stack for the same SKU. Always run the math on margin per order, not just MCF cost per order, before promoting MCF as the off-Amazon fulfillment path.

No. This calculator returns a planning estimate, not a live Amazon MCF quote. The MCF rate card, surcharges, and per-order accessorials are subject to change and may differ by SKU. Yes. For US and Canada MCF orders, a 3.5% fuel and logistics-related surcharge starts May 2, 2026. This is separate from FBA's April 17, 2026 surcharge timing on Amazon.com fulfillment fees. For other marketplaces, surcharge timing and rate may differ. Confirm the current schedule in Seller Central and the MCF pricing page before pricing off-Amazon orders.
FBA is the Amazon.com fulfillment program. MCF is the same warehouses and pick-and-pack network applied to non-Amazon orders. MCF has its own rate card, separate accessorial fees (lithium battery, Block Amazon Logistics, remote area), and a separate surcharge schedule. Inventory is shared; billing is not.
Yes. Amazon MCF integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, and many other platforms via direct integration or third-party middleware. Pricing per order depends on size tier, weight, shipping speed, and the surcharges listed above. Use this calculator to estimate the cost before deciding between MCF, FBM, Shopify Shipping, or a 3PL.
